INGREDIENTS
2 ripe avocados (does not have to be too much)
2 tomatoes without skin and without seed (optional, but looks very good)
1 clove garlic
1 medium onion
pepper without seed (can be chili for the bravest, finger or smell for the more timid) to taste
juice of 1 or 2 lemons (depends on preference to lemon taste)
1 tablespoon cilantro (optional)
salt to taste
1 glass of cream cheese (for the Brazilian way)
PREPARATION

Cut the tomatoes (skinless and seedless), onion, garlic clove and pepper into very small pieces (they must be chopped)
Add avocado and knead until it forms a paste (the more homogenous the better)
Season with lemon, salt and chopped coriander finely, to taste
